Mother nature decided to pay us a visit over night and dump some snow on us. So when I woke up this morning, it was white everywhere, and the visibility was non-existant thanks to the high winds and blowing snow. WAAAT. I'm glad you're okay and the oncoming traffic was able to slow/stop for you!!! And this happened with snow tires on the car, too! Scary! The snow plows always wait so long so that the snow accumulates and they don't have to go out again for a while... but come ON! It's so dangerous!!! And there's been practically zero snow this year - they could have spared some snow-clearing equipment in the early morning and then done it again later on. :\

Yeah, spinning out is no picnic! I'm glad that you didn't hit anything, and that nothing hit you, though! Lucky!!

Yeah, you would think they would plow before the traffic hits the highway, but apparently they don't hit the roads until AFTER it stops snowing. *sigh*

I'm glad it turned out the way it did. It could have been a LOT worse.

Than I suppose they still don't plow. I think it depends on how much accumulation there really is...
