It's a gorgeous day. It's sunny, about 75º... well, according to Google. We're out by the ocean, so it's probably a little cooler here than it is downtown

Yep, isn't October lovely out here? A little warmer down my way because I'm inland, but it was pretty warm over the hill in Watsonville too yesterday. It got chilly at night but very tolerable even on the motorcycle (granted, with t-shirt, light flannel, leather jacket, fake-wool-lined jacket, rain suit and L.A.D.O.T. vest on -- but my simply leather-gloved hands were not complaining, which was nice).
penelopecat and I are going to Monterey on Friday. It might be a bit nippy (low 60s) with the little storm coming in, but should be OK.
I think my . key had acted up a while ago, but I don't remember what the solution was, or if it cleared itself...

I.remember.way.back.when.on.ATA.when.my.spacebar.had.stopped.working,.and.I.just.used.the.dot.key.in.its.place!
