The Red Queen is a technopath who can astral project. The astral projection... isn't really that intrusive unless she's doing it to see things she shouldn't be.

Well, she has complete control of the Hive, security, etc. The man who designed her had some hacking skill so I take it that he gave her some of the same.

For simplicity, I'm putting her at approximate GLaDOS-level or a little less.
