Date & Time: March 15th, 2002, 10am
Location: The Hive, Raccoon City
Police response (if any): Umbrella Corp sent internal security agents in, no PC characters responded.
Log or post of the incident in question: INCIDENT BEGINS HERE
What happened?: After a rogue agent released the t-virus into the system, The Red Queen systematically slaughtered everyone in the HIVE. Security forces, accompanied by Umbrella Corp assets Alice and Spence as well as an unconfirmed cop named Matt have broken into the facility. After temporarily disabling The Red Queen, the team was trapped in the Hive with the hordes of infected Umbrella employees. Of the current survivors, one is infected, one is unaccounted for and two are still uninfected and mobile, and requesting access to the platform where the cure has been left.

Log or post of the incident in question: INCIDENT BEGINS HERE

Other Relevant links: The fight was sparked by this thread, Gamzee made threats against Rapunzel here, and Gamzee later threatened Jessica and the police force in this thread, which Jessica informed him would be reported to the police.

Do you need police involvement?

Gamzee sliced Katurian up with a scythe, oh ouch afeatherpillow April 20 2011, 01:32:49 UTC
Investigating PC officer(s): Nope! But it's totally been reported to the police.

Date & Time: April 11th, 11pm.
Location: Several blocks away from the MAC.
Police response (if any): Dick Grayson as Batman called the ambulance (and probably police). If not (since the log isn't finished), Katurian would have told them himself.
Log or post of the incident in question: INCIDENT BEGINS HERE
What happened?: Gamzee followed Katurian home from work, threatened to kill him unless he'd tell joke, and then sliced him up good. Batman intervened, Gamzee escaped.
Resolution: No arrests made, Katurian stayed in the hospital overnight and is still hobbling around.
Other Relevant links: A threat! Another threat!

Vandalism at City Hall hells4children April 20 2011, 23:14:36 UTC
Investigating PC officer(s): Not at present? But it's been reported.

Date & Time: April 20th, between 3 & 4am
Location: City Hall
Police response (if any): The incident is under police investigation.
Log or post of the incident in question: NEWSPOST
What happened?: Alex Wilder, possibly through a proxy or two, hired a group of street-taggers to paint the phrase "THE STARS ARE DOWN" on the front face of the building. It was discovered in the morning, and the police and the mayoral staff were informed.
Resolution: At the moment, unknown. It won't be connected back to Alex, and the mayor will likely be distracted by a red herring. It's possible the taggers may have been witnessed.
Other Relevant links: Nothing on the Network. Not yet, at least. I may reply to this on Saturday when something else about that red herring pops up.

Do you eventually need police involvement?

I'm not sure! You'd prolly want to talk to Jill about how much Hundred would've told them about the tag's meaning and its suspected culprit. He has mentioned on-Network that there's an APB out for Pherson, though he isn't actually here, Alex is just trying to make him think he is (or rather, playing up his already existing fears that he is).

But yeah, that's all gonna be on her end.

The Mayor has officially sent Jack off on this particular wild-goose chase with orders to keep it quiet. So there's police awareness at this point, at least.

afeatherpillow April 25 2011, 00:37:45 UTC
Investigating PC officer(s): Not at present, but it needs one!

Date & Time: 8:30 PM, April 24th.
Location: There is a disembodied face on Katurian's doorstep and a faceless guy in an alley somewhere. Uh.
Police response (if any): Katurian will call the police to his doorstep (being vague and somewhat catatonic about what he sees) and literally bolt before they arrive. Because he's awful at not looking suspicious and he has a book tour to attend to, goddammit.
Log or post of the incident in question: No log! Although if I'm feeling ambitious and do a solo, I'll throw it up here later.
What happened?: Gamzee killed some poor guy in an alleyway, skinned his face, dressed it in clown make-up, and left it at Katurian's front door. As mentioned above, Katurian will call the police with the tip and then run, because he is not exactly Mr. Mentally Sound. He'll be afraid of being blamed, being axe-murdered in the middle of the night by Gamzee, and missing his planned book tour. He has priorities. The victim is an adult male, and the rest of ( ... )

Minor detail here, the face will have all sorts of normal clown makeup on it, but there will be some gray makeup underneath which is very typical of ICP fans to wear. This will be important later since it's going to relate to a string of murders involving ICP fans specifically.
