why is there a part of me that secretly wants the stock market to crash?

why is there a part of me that wants to see society turned on its side?

i don't feel disgruntled or unhappy.
i can't think of any reason to feel these things.
but they are there.

if it happens, i wonder if i'll regret what i wished for.

if that happened my parents would never be able to retire and forced to work forever. i really hope that doesnt happen.

Same Here: My parents will be forced to work for about 10 more years and, quite frankly, may have to lean on my income for support when they can no longer work.

Here is something to put into perspective: My parents just lost about 500,000.00.

As much as my angsty "fuck the system" attitude wants to come out, this is something very real.
