Whenever I'm close to my period, my poop takes on a particularly slippery consistency. About twenty minutes ago I sat on the pot and had a cascade of the usual turds plopping out one after the other like an assembly line

Cleanup after such is a good reason for Bidet seats or shower hoses that reach the throne.

It reminds me why many countries have sprayers. Look up Shattaf. And Lamaze type breathing has helped me birth such large masses. Glad it all came out ok .
