As a diabetic, I'm prone to boils & abscesses. Well, I had a really gnarly one suddenly blow up to golfball size right on my inner thigh (right where my underwear rides). It didn't hurt, but it was pretty awkward...so I popped it while I was sitting on the toilet. It actually made a squeaking sound when it ruptured & all the pus came rocketing

Pix would have made this more juicy.

But I hear ya on the squeaking noise. I've squeezed ingrown hairs and pimples hard enough that the skin makes a puckered squeak as the fluid sprays out.

Sounds like you have MRSA! :P Might want to get some antibiotics for that; or at least flood yourself with turmeric!
