I honestly doubt it, but there is always a chance. If he has only killed nineteen people then he sounds like a saint compared to me, honestly.

We will let Leon and his group deal with him and actually do something useful, and if he proves to be as big a threat as everyone thinks, then they can call us in for help. It will work out, one way or the other.
