Avenger s.o.'s: Tony brings Pepper to some SHIELD thing where some/all of the other Avengers are meeting. Other Avengers' "assistants" come along also and in some way they bond (or not) over being involved (or not) with their respective superheroes. The conversation and/or action can be as silly/raunchy/catty as you like.

Extra points if you write or imply T/P having a moresome with another character.

Someone wrote something mildly similar to what you're looking for. It's a crossover with Doctor Who and Torchwood, and Pepper plays Never Have I Ever with Donna Noble (DW) and Ianto Jones (TW). It's really good, but I imagine less so if you've never seen the Doctor Who universe.

Finally got around to reading it. Thanks! Definitely funny, though I've never watched Torchwood and have only caught a couple of episodes with Ten.

Tony's been meeting with the rest of the Avengers and except for Nick Fury, he's the oldest of the lot. doesn't usually bother him until one day somebody calls him "Old Man" and he gets all pissy about it. Goes back home/hotel and ravishes Pepper up one side and down the other, which she thoroughly enjoys. He doesn't have to tell her his motivation, but he's satisfied with the result.

Preferably if Tony and Pepper are already in a relationship, and Pepper introduces Tony to them, but I'm not picky. Ten points to the author if Pepper secretly gets some made and they're hot-rod red and gold

Tony and/or Pepper and/or anyone else, chatting idly, maybe playing a drinking game. Somebody starts speculating as to which of the Avengers/SHIELD people are/aren't virgins. As wild or mild as you like.

This idea was inspired by the many fanfics that portray Steve Rogers as a virgin, due mostly to the time period he was raised in.
