The Uncheese cookbook rules, I use it a lot. Tonight I am bringing to Jesse's grandma's a big crock pot with mushrooms, sliced tofurkey italian snauage, other veg chunks, all simmered in marinara sauce. I'm bringing some Italian bread, or people can just go at it with toothpicks. There is no actual sit-down meal over there. I'll most likely make enchiladas for our dinner tomorrow night.
