I just completed my first ever Yoga dvd!! First yoga experiance ever really. =) It's only one of Sara Ivanhoe's 20 min. workout ones(from Netflix- http://www.netflix.com/RoleDisplay/Sara_Ivanhoe/20033813 ) but I feel accomplished.It was harder than I thought! Oh, that's wonderful, m'dear! :D

If you're just getting into it, I highly recommend Yoga Journal's Yoga for Beginners - the instructor is incredibly kind and gentle and takes you through everything with explanations and slowly (which is very important in the beginning). For structured routines in the evening and morning, AM and PM Yoga for Beginners is FANTASTIC. As you get more advanced, any and all DVDs by Rodney Yee are WONDERFUL. He's one of my favorites~ :D

Also, once you're familiar with the poses, have you heard of YogaDownload.com? I LOVE it. You can download short classes with PDF pose guides (if you're unfamiliar with the poses) and listen to the audio as you go through the routine. It's one of my favorite ways to do it. :)

Wow! Thanks for the awesome links! And I just actually found a podcast thru iTunes connected with YogaDownload.com which so far seem good if a little fast for me some times since I'm just beginning. Thanks again! :)

Congrayulations Those are awfully hard speccially starting ... recommendations not really , npt much of a flexibility person but if I know of something I'll let you know
