Beedle and the Bard was released 2 days ago,the last Twilight book has had poster everywhere for a few monthes. More proof than SM and he sparkly demi-gods are not the new JKR? Possibly.

WE WIN, YAAAAAY!
Even though I got Breaking Dawn at midnight out of boredom. The books are fun to read, but seriously nowhere near Harry Potter at ANY level. Other than maybe Robert Patterson level. Because he's in both of them.

Yea,I've heard the books compared to both cotton candy and cream puffs-they are easy fun read,but not the great works of literature some fans make them out to be.Harry Potter isn't perfect but it's SO much better than what I've read so far of Twilight. I may go see the movie from a technical interests and because Patterson is in it. :)

That's basically what they are. Plus, it's easy to place yourself into Bella's shoes it's not that fun and that's what people like about the books. You can live vicariously through them.

And I agree on the Potter points- but Harry is so much more well thought out and planned and less, 'Oh, let's throw THIS in', though there is a bit of that at times.

I'll see the movie because I liked the books well enough. And Robert Patterson is pretty to look at.
