It was raw and fast, and Luke nearly collapsed as Reid slammed into his prostate time after time after time. “Aah, fuck.” He cried out, shifting his weight so he could sneak his hand down and bring himself to the finish line.

You know that Reid may have pacified him on this "what are we" conversation now, but that is not going to last. Luke needs to be something. He will need to be his boyfriend and not his "more than a fuck buddy". How long will this last? And will Reid be able to keep pretending that whatever feelings he has for Luke aren't all that important?
