I'm constantly terrified of getting too close to other people and then getting hurt, so I just don't bother getting close at all.

I am terrified of losing one person in my life and its not a family member. It scares me to think of it . I become totally insecure and can't stop thinking that Im being played. Even thought that person hasnt given me any reason to doubt what they say and how they feel.

I keep up appearances and close myself away in many ways. Even when I'm so stressed out that I want to tear my hair out and feel like I'm on the verge of tears, I push it all back because I don't want anyone seeing me in such a vulnerable state.
