It's so sad that music stores are dying. Even if I knew where one was down here, I don't even own a CD player anymore.

The internet. If I ever get a physical CD, I pop it in my computer, save it, then use the CD as a frisbie because that's all it's good for at that point. Or give it away. The frisbie thing happens more often.

awww... wish I had known earlier! You would have been invited to come with us! Did you find any good deals? I found "lesbian" music, as Gwen and Cher like to refer to it. A compilation of women singers, some lesbians, some not, a double Beatles at the BBC (out of print!), a Melissa Etheridge single CD (of recordings I already have, but hey, it's melissa), and an Ani DiFranco we didn't have. And of course about 6 complimentary CD releases. They should have a record day every couple of months. FUN FUN FUN!

I bought Jason's new EP ("We Dance") and a Tiesto CD that was made for some HIV/Aids fund. And all the complimentaries as well =)
