Oh my god I am in HELL.

I am beginning to despair of ever making it out of the lease on this condo alive. Our AC died. Now, the only reason I'm not currently camped out at my in-laws' house or a nice, quiet hotel is because we're having a "cold front" down here in south Florida and we technically don't need the air conditioner running. However, it warms up again tomorrow ( Read more... )

I cannot get over how big Olivia is! It feels like we just added each other on here yesterday, but that can't be true because she has grown SO much! gah!

I know! She's about to be 18 months old! How does that even happen? Where did my little baby go? She's this big, walking, talking, TODDLER now!

OLIVIA IS SO FRICKING ADORABLE I CAN'T EVEN STAND IT! Her hair is absolutely gorgeous, and her smile - ohhhhh my goodness, her smile! <3

I'm sorry you're having issues with the condo. It just seems like one thing after another for you! Did this happen in the other condo (same landlord, right?)? I'd be so irritated... I hope they have the AC fixed ASAP!

Aww, thanks, dude! We think she's kind of the cutest. Her hair is getting to be a bit on the wild side, but I like to think it gives her personality.

It does seem like one thing after another, doesn't it? I'm convinced that the dishwasher is going to go next! We never had any issues in the other condo, no. (Same building, different unit, different owner.) It's like our place looks really nice, but the AC, the dishwasher, the fridge/freezer, and the garbage disposal are all either dead or about to go. I think the previous tenants put a lot into making the place look good, but we're finding that it isn't very functional. An AC guy came out this morning and confirmed that it's dead and that the entire outside unit needs to be replaced. I never heard from the landlord after that, and I finally had to leave him a voicemail late this afternoon. He'd better be calling me first thing tomorrow to tell me that it's going to be fixed tomorrow, because the heat and humidity are back, and I refuse to live without AC.
