Can I just say that I am super fed up with communal living right now? Like, so fed up that I am ready to punch someone in the face? Living in a condo is admittedly perfect for us in a lot of ways right now, but the drawbacks are really making themselves known lately.

Pretty much. But I met New Upstairs Neighbors (plural) and they're super nice. They said they noticed some leaking water in their laundry room, which is just above ours, and I believe they have an AC repair service up there now, so hopefully the issue gets fixed. Our laundry room ended up drying out, but again late last night, every time the AC kicked on, there was a really strong detergent smell.
