But I'll be damned if I see another fur on your arm!

Dear Beyoncé:

I love Ring The Alarm. But seriously, after all the PETA issues you've had, "she'll be rockin' chinchilla coats if I let you go?" As if it weren't enough that your new album is getting bad reviews from the fans, must you also continue down the ridiculous J-Lo path you've been treading?

Love,

I think it's ridiculous that she's still on this fur trip. I mean, come on - haven't we moved past clubbing animals to death for their fur?

I dislike the album as a whole,

unlike alot of people I don't mind that the majority is uptempo,

what my complaint is that the uptempo songs are not BLOW-ME-AWAY-TO-THE-MOON level of hotness

and I expected as such from Beyonce so all in all it's disappointing,
and when a big artist disappoints it's more tragic than normal

I do love "Listen" though,
a slow song if you haven't heard the album yet

I really don't know why I keep reading that "Deja Vu" was a "commercial disappointment" - with a track like that, reaching #4 was quite an achievement. I mean, come on.

I haven't heard the album yet, and I didn't really like Dangerously In Love, so if this is worse, I don't know if I want to go anywhere near it.

I didn't find Deja Vu as horrifying as everyone else seems to find it.

I don't think it was really her style, it looked almost femme-bot/vogue queen or something, but I wouldn't say it was a hot mess!!

A few moves were particularly bad, but on the whole - Beyonce's clips are usually pretty corny anyway, so I wasn't that disgusted.

I'll have to watch Ring the Alarm tonight...

The whole mad dance sequence at the end made her look completely insane.

At least in Ring The Alarm that's the idea to begin with.

The dessert bit?

Have you seen femme/vogue stuff though? It's very similar..

No, I haven't, and if it's very similar, I'm not enthused by the idea.
