I see no reason the creator of this ad should be fired. They're not targeting English speakers, so there's not much need to worry about snickering Anglophones misinterpreting the advertisement.
I have no doubt that advertisers in the U.S. use words that are offensive or ridiculous when written in some other language. That's not a problem unless they publish the ad unchanged in areas where lots of people are likely to misinterpret it.
