So we are looking at changes.

There is the case of the democrat who attacked a republican senator in the well of the senate - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Preston_Brooks - which may be a part of what folks are talking about when they talk about the horrors of democratic attacks on republicans.

Of the audiences in Bush's speeches I mostly remember the obligatory shot of Ted Kennedy looking unimpressed. Oh, and the dorky way Laura Bush claps.

FWIW, I usually enjoy the clips of British parliament addresses with their more vocal audiences. On the other hand, I'm glad we don't do things the way they do in the Russian Duma.
