Remember the soviets^H^H^H^H^H^H Russians went into the break away portion of Georgia to give those people a chance at democracy, freedom, and a place in the global economy....

So if you are going to get cranky about the process of restoring the wetlands in Georgia, then at least deal with the issues about when is it socially acceptable to accidentally insert troops to do nation building....

Then you argument by analogy would be both artistic and trendy....
