Literal gridlock in the senate as senators-only elevators at the Capitol are being overrun by the unelected:

That, technically, isn't "literally gridlock". Gridlock is when the traffic is positioned so that it simply cannot move forward. Indefinitely. This is merely a back-up.

Oops. I suppose that came across as harsh trolling.

But tong knows me, and I know tong. And I'm pretty sure Tong is the type of computer professional who would appreciate an exact definition that's commonly used in operating system circles.
