Spruce Beer Advisory

A warning to anyone who may still have a bottle or partial bottle of Emile Bertrand Spruce Beer. The beer contains live yeasts which will continue to ferment sugars in the bottle, releasing CO2, which can build to catastrophic pressures. That reminds me... what's the language situation like at your current job? Does all correspondence get sent out in both English and French or what?

Most email is in French and English (French first). About 25% of the mail is French only.

I had no idea i was handling the Canadian equivalent of a molotov cocktail! Thankfully i heeded at least a few of the warnings matrushkaka gave me, and only got minimally soaked.
