I had a day off which I intended to spend watching The Tatami Galaxy (四畳半神話大系) (as subbed by Funimation / animecrazy if you live outside of the US). I've only gone through two eps and they were delightfully weird and entertaining. Not sure how long the repeating plot device can sustain itself, but I thought the animation style was pretty unusual

This is the most beautifully drawn and composed thing. It's so heartfelt and seems to fit just right. The pacing and everything...I WOULD CRY IF I WERE NOT AT WORK. ;_;

Also it is not a crime to make Gyoubu beautiful half of Pixiv seems to do it anyway. Although I did a little double-take because he kind of has some Okra-hairstyle going on...

It was an upsetting and yet strangely cathartic dream to wake up from ;_; I don't know why Osaka Winter though, if anything I expected to have nightmares about Hetsugigawa.

Glad to hear it seems to fit and beautiful Gyoubu is not my lonely delusion!! Although I do agree his hair turned out a strange blend of okra and 'Mune sob

I would assign Kurokan to laundry duty just after Mitsunari and Ieyasu jump into that pool of red paint (??) in the opening movie, just to see his face..

Such dreams are good to have once in a while, and a sign of creativity...sadly I just end up with nonsensical things most of the time Mitsunari slapping Hunbay off a mountain. Hetsugigawa would have been beautiful in a different way but would have produced brilliant comedy instead 8'D

Would beautiful Gyoubu still sound like Gyoubu, that is the question...

It was suggested to me that it was chili sauce or Fanta..

Thanks for providing the explanation, the comic itself is quite clear, but having that background information really sets the emotional tone, which, as I've come to expect from you, pitch perfect as always!

I have no idea what is going on but still think this is SO BEAUTIFUL AAHHHH I love the atmosphere and pacing and those repeating panels kind of kill me sob~~~
