LMAO I am pretty sure this is an urban myth. really hope it isn't true

I have heard that same exact story about hospitals here in the US, I'm pretty sure it's an urban legend. XD

woah. is that.. seremban hospital myth like told by everyone in that hospital? I was amused reading it until the actual cause of death. doctors can't be that blurr.. rite?
cos.. it will be on headlines. Cleaner kills patient by just doing his job.

nah i think it's an urban myth, there seem to be different versions of it across the world xD and in hospitals they don't vacuum iirc, they just mop with tons of disinfectant.
