Maggie didn't want Germany and the Eastern Bloc to rush into anything like South Africa did. SA was once a world power, look at her now. just because people couldn't wait to snatch the power away. little thought was given to the fact that few blacks even had access to the education required to run things. If the handover had been made orderly over a period of time i'm SA would be in better cercumstances now.
