I've been into Kabuto for a few months now, actually. XD It is my new preciousssss and I have been completely obsessed with it since I first watched it and I've tried a lot of other tokusatsu series and I love them all dearly, but Kabuto. KAMEN RIDER OF MY HEART. T-to the point I may have written, like, 130,000+ words of recaps and even started writing fic and just-- orz orz orz I love it SO MUCH. ;__;

kabuto stuffs are kinda rare. It's also surprising that kabuto is recently being revived o.o (at least 2 of my friends are watching it o.o) i'm like 'where were you guys 3 years ago ;_;)

Kabuto also is my favorite of the kamen rider series *A* (though I do like Faiz, Blade, and One etc, but I'm in love with Tendoh!! the most amazing main character ever D: )so this makes me very very happy ~<3 i didn't know the fandom was still continuing after the series ended! o.o (thought everyone is obsessed with Den-O and Kiva... and the latest one now)

Well, I haven't been fangirling Kabuto as much on this journal, because there's only so much fic I can pry out of people, but you go through beckerbell and it'll be kind of hard to miss. XD

It seems like the revival started recently? When lazulisong and I got into it and we both attempted to drag every person on our flists down with us (though, her far more than me XD) because tokusatsu was a recent discovery for us. And then that sort of rippled outward in fandom and other people started getting other people into it, etc. (....god, that sounds so egotistical, but. *crawls under the desk to hide*) Hence not being around in 2006 when it first aired. ;__;

I'm still not finished with Faiz and I'm way behind on Kiva, both of which I like a lot, but they just. Can't match Kabuto for me because Kabuto was the one where the characters themselves hooked me as much as the plot did. Tendou is fascinating, so much more than the perfect lead character you originally

I can't tell you how many times I replayed that video just to listen to the song and lol at the video. Damn, I love this fandom. ALL THAT'S MISSING IS FANART. (Though, there's a little bit coming up, I think?)

Between Merlin, KHR fandom, and now the Yuletide reveals finally being up, I might have a chance at not putting everything off until December this year! o/ Because I really, really love Merlin fandom and it's going to be a long wait until the show comes back.

I often get wary of diving into fanvids for the first time with a new fandom, because some of them can be just so... brain-bleedingly medicore, but! Merlin fandom has already proven itself wonderful here. Again. ♥

I don't know if you've seen it, but my favourite Merlin vid is Something in the Wind. It's Morgana centric, which I never thought I'd like, but it has plenty of Arthur/Merlin.
