I really am glad to see both of them writing seperately and together, both of them are the kind of author that I pretty much know, unless they're writing a pairing I cannot stand, I'm going to enjoy whatever they have to offer.

You know, one of the things I love about Young Avengers - other than the ideas and the characters, and what a delight it is to see the writing improve - is that only do we get canon slash (adorable, loving, steady canon slash; didn't the writer once say that while the others might have relationship drama, Teddy and Billy never would? which, omg, yes, THEY ARE THE OLD MARRIEDS), we get awesome, delicious, angry canon het.

Y...y...you have no idea how badly I want to run around screaming at the top of my lungs over this series. How it was that terrible, terrible Asgardian joke that was the turning point, where I went from enjoying the series to being Completely In Love with it. I just. That was the worst joke ever and, yet, at the same time, the funniest thing ever.

The idea that Teddy and Billy will be the old married couple of YA? FILLS ME WITH ENDLESS LOVE. ENDLESS. LOVE. It actually took me awhile to pick up on it, it wasn't until Kate's comments that I went, "....wait, Marvel's actually giving us a canon gay couple? Not just one or two gay openly gay characters who'll never have a steady boyfriend? Omg

HAVE I EVER STEERED YOU WRONG?! WAIT, DON'T ANSWER THAT. Anyways, now you have to read Celeste's Love Mode/Ouran fic. Because it has TAKAMIYA being the dorkiest host ever and there's so many gags that were just PERFECT (Takamiya meeting the Robelia, anyone?) I nearly bust a gut laughing. (Plus it was fourth in a series, so, all the more awesome)

I CAN ONLY CATCH UP ON SO MUCH FIC AT ONCE, WOMAN. Especially when Young Avengers is threatening to eat my head because the couples are so damn cute and the book is actually well-written.

I've got, like, a bajillion fics to catch up on and, yes, that's totally one of them. Because Love Mode and Host Club should totally be crossed over. (I've read a lot of Celeste's fics, she writes some really great stuff. I still say her One Piece fic is her best stuff, though. God, her ZoSan is awesome.)
