Oh my, how slow-- I'm still at commission #9 ;_;
I wanted to keep a 1 pic : 1 day ratio but I'm already past the safe line-- Better focus on them instead of letting my mind wonder about improbable Kichimega doujinshi plots XD
Still, better to finish quickly these doujinshi ideas-- I wanna get rid of these bunnies quickly--

You're right, the muscles do look a little odd. Plus, the leftmost guy's nipple is too far to the left, if you ask me.

Oh, and you might want to remove the last slash from the picture link, so that it displays properly - as in "at all". XD

You know, when I got conrit from guys like you who draw humans in the form of sticks, I'm always a bit uncertain on following your advice or not XD
It does look weird, but I guess that it's because I overmuscled the boy-- Plus, he's in a terrible position... ALL THAT PERSPECTIVE, ARGH!
As for the nipple, it's still in an aceptable position-- They tend to go on left when the muscle is stretched like that... At least in men XD

There's some login in your nipple hypothesis, but I fail to notice actual muscular stretch that would explain the shift of the nipple to the left. And besides, it's almost in his armpit. XD
