Maria V. Snyder at Library of Congress
Maria V. Snyder will be speaking to the "What If" Science Fiction & Fantasy Forum on "Storms & Magic: Controlling the Forces of...Fiction?" at 12:10, on Wednesday May 6, in the Library of Congress's Pickford Theater. Her novels include the "Poison Study" series and the recently released "Storm Glass." (The first book of the "Poison Study" series is particularly interesting.)
Any DC folks interested in science fiction and fantasy should be attending these talks and the lunches that follow -- they are like mini-conventions for those of us with short attention spans.
