you ever get to the point in your life where you want something tragic to happen, just so you actually have an excuse to feel depressed?

I just glanced up at the wall above my computer and saw a tiny piece that i had done with pastels last year in boston and in top right corner i had torn out a bit of newspaper that had this quote: "the people who are most accurate about themselves are the depressed people." and i thought of this entry of yours.

and i have had that exact same feeling, many, many, maaaannnny times.
