I'm happy you're doing well :) I still want to save up and visit Japan, Jaime and I looked at a place where if we get it we'd only pay about $400 each in rent and utilities :) which means more saving for visity goodness! Lastly, if I had someone pour sugar and creme in my coffee and then stir it right in front of me, i'd be pretty pissed off. There are just SOME things you don't do in this world...and stirring another man's coffee is one of them!
And lastly, wearing skimpy maid outfits is a one way ticket to the Pepperoni Speedway. Take necessary precautions as needed.
