in myspace, how do i make a cool background for my page? i dont understand!!!!!

No shit you dont understand.

I'd tell you how to do it, but it involves a bit of HTML and if i know you, you will get frustrated, throw a quick fit over how stupid something so minute can be and then give up on it.

As far as AIM goes, mine works fine. Try a program called Gain (A reliable AIM client)

or do it the easy way and use a myspace editor (search google for one), and just select what you want.
