Kinokuniya's 20th Anniversary Storewide Event yesterday was an absolute blast. Sure, I had to work until 10.30 PM because a customer wouldn't leave, but that's OK. I am so happy to hear that the day is a worthy day for you. I am sorry I miss all the excitements :). But truth be told, I really would like to be careful with my money to buy books nowadays. I prefer to buy print books of the titles I know I will enjoy. I try to stop being impulsive since I have been let down by the quality of stories few times and it feels like I'm throwing away money for nothing.

But again, truly happy to hear that the event is a success. And wow, USD 350 worth of book, that is just plain awesome :)

i wanted to do a shopping spree SO BAD at the anniversary sale, but i don't think i'll be able to do one til i start cashing in in from work :(

and seriously, you can bet your top dollar the first thing i do after receiving my first paycheck will be stopping by Kinokuniya PS and SHOP! :D :D

Ha ha, yeah, that's the beauty of having your own income. You can buy whatever you want, as long as you pan your finances carefully.
