i think they are bothy shitty presidents. bush didn't ruin our country, but he did fuck over the people and make our country look bad to others. kerry isn't strong enough to run such a powerful country as the united states. explain to me the point of caring about voting as citizens.. when electoral votes are what matter. (hence the last election)

You make a good point. The electoral college votes really should be eliminated from the Government. The reason why they are even there is because way back when during the early 1800's, the top officials of the United States decided that because most people during that time didn't know anything about politics, that they would have representatives from each state decide for them. Sure that was all good back then, but nowadays people are much more involved in politics and can surely decide who they want as a person to lead America. So the question is.. why do we still use this voting process?

that just made me sick, sorry, i'm a democrat. i think bush did as well as he could. you know, with sitting for 10 minutes just doing nothing when he found out that the twin towers had just been knocked over. or taking a vacation right before that because everything was going wrong for him. ya know that's all completely understandable. I also enjoy how he wants to delete the rights of every woman to choose what we can and can not do to our bodies. I'm sorry, but i much rather have kerry in office. at least he lets women have rights and doesn't make up words.

I totally agree with you in the sense of womens rights.

But if you were president and you were reading to a bunch of little kids in a class, and you learned that the Twin towers have just been hit, what would you do in that situation? Call Batman, Superman, and the rest of the superheros to save the day? No, there was really nothing to be done in that short of notice.
