I like how you've continued the tale of Aragorn's early days as a ranger with the prompts - and particularly like the final one!

*Snort* Poor Halbarad - he'll never live this down :>)

It was quite interesting to continue the tale all on one thought, but divided into 100 word pieces - the cuts were really quite difficult, it would have been very easy to write at least double for each one!

Halbarad - falling under Aragorn's charms as we speak! ;-P

Thanks - it's been a nice series to write. Good job I had a word count to adhere to, or it could have taken off and gone who knows where. ;-)

Poor lad, I'm sure it must have, like being sent away to boarding school but even worse.

I can imagine them both trying to live that last scene down for a while... with a degree of muttering amongst some along the lines of "You know what they say about elves..."

Exactly! I think you encapsulated their feelings very well.

As to the latter... well, you know what these elves get up to, charm you, get into your pants and leave you with nothing but the taste of damp grass and the scent of warm leaves on your hands.
