The tension's really mounting now! OK, I know they'll all survive, but it's still a cliffhanger (or two). I like the way the stories mirror each other across the ages, and hope the younger twins will hear Elrond's story when this is all over.

*unrepentant grin* I have to admit that I do a little happy dance every time someone says that the cliffhangers get them. I'm rather proud of that, since we know they have to survive. And I'm sure the younger pair will indeed hear the story once Elrohir recovers a bit. I'm glad you're enjoying this!
