[melting into puddle] I love these characters, and this presentation of them. I'd never really thought before about how the pair I always think of as "The Twins" double their father-and-uncle, or about the memories that watching them must often have touched off for Elrond... [nudges nuzgul off ankle]

You know, I hadn't really thought of it either, until Elrond sort of whispered in my ear while I was writing Elladan and Elrohir's part. Now he won't leave me alone. :p I'm glad you're enjoying these. I'm away from home right now, but I will be posting the next part sometime in the next couple of days.
