In a manner of speaking..!

I debated actually having him holding baby!Éowyn, but he really didn't strike me as the type who wants to hold a baby. Plus, it would've been creepy somehow, in a way even I don't quite like.

He considered the stars one followed-the wizard had said-to Isengard.

It seems Saruman's influence is already apparent. And it's like him to shun the day for "night's silvered shadow" - what a lovely phrase, by the way.

Yeah, I think it would've been a big deal for a young Gríma to have an important, intelligent person show an interest in him.

Thank you! "My" Gríma seems to like describing the world in terms of color/light/etc. (My version of Saruman does similarly at times...hmm, influence indeed..)
