Oh, what a wonderful gap filler. I never thought about what led up to the King standing before his people for the first time.

Instinct was to rise and help, but Aragorn made a conscious effort to stay still.

And how difficult that must have been!

A good gap-filler!
The shifting back and forth between Aragorn's identities must cost some effort. And that day there might well be a bit of nerves, even for him.
