I only just met her, so to speak.
As she's from Lossarnach, maybe she knows Bergil's grandfather or is one of Ioreth's many cousins. But I haven't worked that out yet.

She's unlikely to find out that the Ringbearer had a bit of her cheese on his quest to strengthen him, but if she did, it would make her very proud, tiny as her contribution was.

Yes, poor Forlong! I imagine he was partial to a bit of nice cheese, given his girth.
I also think Lossarnach probably paid part of its taxes to Minas Tirith directly in food supplies, being so close to the City--and so I came up with my cheese-maker!
