Nice! I like fics where the main characters aren't on their own, floating in space without friends, family and colleagues.

Have you seen the Philosopher-at-large's fic about Haleth, "In Brethil's Shade", about her friendship with Finrod after the Haladin moved to Brethil?

Nice fic, I like it when the main characters actually have friends and relatives and social context, and aren't just floating in space.

My earlier comment was marked as spam, I think because I tried to link to the Philosopher-at-large's story "In Brethil's Shade", about Haleth's friendship with Finrod after the Haladin had moved to Brethil. It's excellent, if you haven't read it already, and can be found at the Romenna fanfiction site.

I'd recommend her "The Leithian Script" as well, which for me remains the definitive fanwork on Beren and Luthien.
