I really loved this. The incremental measuring on the ruler was also good, but this small triple really rang true for how Elrond's life would be lived. Very nicely done.

Those are lovely - such good glimpses into the history of these particular twins.

The idea of the ruler made me smile - it reminded me of 'my' Eldarion (here in the sixth drabble of 'A is for Apple') - clearly like grandfather like grandson!
