2x11 was, if I remember correctly, an unaired episode from s1. That's why Charlie is in it.

WHAT?!?!?! That's even worse. It shouldn't count as a season 2 episode at all! Are the following season 2 episodes unaired season 1 episodes or are they new? WTF I'm even confusing myself here! lol This is unbelievabley dumb.

Yeah, it was weird. Apparently Fringe was supposed to be on hiatus for a week longer before continuing with s2, but FOX decided to come back earlier and air this unaired episode. As far as I know, the following episodes have all been from s2.
