I may have forgotten to do this last week, so I hope everyone enjoyed their rest. >.>

Week 21 : Villainy and Lights

Theme 1 : Villainy
An act of villainy or a villainous character, define how you wish.

Theme 2 : Lights
Use lights in your icon some how. Textures or the image being of something light like is both fine.

- Icons must be under 40kb and 100x100, in other words fit LJ standard.
- You may submit up to 3 icons per contest.
- No posting other people's icons, only your original works are allowed.
- Your icon must be fresh and made for the contest.
- No showing your icon to any one before results are in, this includes putting them in icon posts.
- Icons are not just to be taken, please ask the makers permission.
- Only official pictures are allowed, no fan art or TV Nihon intro screens.
- Voting will go up on Fridays and results will be posted Saturday (or Monday if there is a tie)
