What's in a Name - the Titles

Reposting this since we're getting new fans lately. If you've seen this before, plz bear with me. XD

Most of Hakuoki titles end with "-roku (録)", which basically means "record".
Zuisouroku means "stray notes";
Yuugiroku means "record of games";
Reimeiroku means "record of dawn".

Hekketsuroku literally means "Record of Blood Jasper", but its ( Read more... )

That's really interesting! Who would imagine that Hekketsuroku had that meaning...

BTW I've seen some spoilers of Toki no Kizuna and (not gonna say who exactly in case you don't want to be spoiled) but one of the characters comes from the Yukimura clan*^*

I wish they make a 2nd season of Reimeiroku and an anime about Toki no Kizuna

Uh I noticed that the titles end all with the kanji 録 (*O*) But in fact Hekketsuroku is more difficult to understand respect the other ones which are easier to get the their sense XD *or maybe not...*
Anyway, the origin of the 2nd season's title is really interesting! Thank you for the precious details ^^
