While I only have a reg psp, the premium does add more than the ds version.
On top of the new cg/adv events, they also have 2d live action for the main characters, new "angel/ko-akuma(devil)" and of course, a new character to play through.I own the ds version but love the game enough that I got the psp ver too XD

On the PSN site, it says the dl version is compatible with vita ( Vita互換対応)
Perhaps the touchscreen wouldn't be functionable..? Sorry I cant help provide more information on this!
