That was so bittersweet and awesome. Lovedlovedloved the characterization- especially in the small moment with America and Canada.

"The beginnings of a smirk seemed to start up on the corners of his lips. "A while. Quite a long while,"" THIS. Love it. So very Canada.

And how his parents moved to France and England- that little detail made me grin, I must say. I great mix of nation and people, there.

Awesome job :D

Whew! I'm glad the characterization seemed okay to you aha. I don't write a large amount of any single character, so I'm still a little more than hesitant about the way I write them, for the most part.

It just felt right to make France and England his "parents" ahah. Canada (more than America, to me, even though they are all considered part of the FACE family) is most definitely a "by-product" of those two ♥

Thank you very much! :D Glad you enjoyed it.

Mmhm! It just seemed right- especially in the interaction between Canada and America. Like when Canada was trying to get America to listen to him, so he held the popcorn out of reach. And America was trying to look at both Canada and the bowl at the same time. It just worked for me. :D

Ahaha, I liked that part ;D I was going to just have Canada let America eat the popcorn, but then I doubled back to change it a sentence later. Didn't seem passive-aggressive enough for our dear little Mattie ♥

Haha yes, I love both NA brothers, but let my bias be clearly shown! 8Db;;;

This was both beautiful and quite sad. I always love reading about nations interacting with their people and this one truly tugs at the heartstrings at the end. Great job!

Thank you! Yes, I love reading about that stuff too heh, it's different from how they interact with fellow nations isn't it? Glad to hear that it touched you in some way, thank you for reading! :3
