have you held auditions?

not yet, I'm going to show them the scripts and try them out for the parts to see what fits. I know that they can act though, so I am not worried about that.

I think you need to find the people you want for the characters, not finding characters for people is really what I meant. If you can find enought people to fill the characters then by all means continue doing it this way. However, I fear that we won't get enough characters to produce any one script. But I would be happy to be proven wrong, and its your call and I respect if you want to continue doing it the way you are.

So you mean putting people in the characters' spots, rather than write characters for people? Or the other way around? Because I may agree with you but I'm confused as to what you mean.
