Faiz is awesome, isn't it? :D

Even if the last arc REALLY puts you through the wringer.The friend that I watched it with was ready to give up when the grimdark got really relentless.

And I'm reeeeeally interested in your thoughts re: Kusaka in the end.

Yesss omg yes.

I've got a lot to say about Kusaka. I can't like his character, but I can understand him, and as a character, I believed in him. Man, that was the most INTENSE shit I've seen. He is a seriously twisted, incredibly complicated character, incredibly flawed character, and I respect him for that. I'll have more on him later.

I was going to save Paradise Lost for when I got through the entire series, and now that I have, I'll probably watch it tonight or tomorrow.

Now that several months have passed, I think the end of Kusaka's arc is the single thing that stands out in my mind most about Faiz. It's also pretty representative of the tone of the series.

Agree in SPADES. That episode was the single most intense shit I have ever experienced for the series, and that's saying a lot. D:
